If you're like us, your calendar is brimming with events from the many organizations around Portland, all of which offer a panel or discussion or what have you. We stage a number of these ourselves, and will continue to, as we feel they serve an important purpose in the community.
But how about a purely social evening every now and then? A little networking? A little happy hour? Meet some peers? Not a bad idea, you think. That's what we thought, too.
So drop by OEN SwapMeet, a new program we hold quarterly around the Portland area. We've created it specifically for people looking to connect with entrepreneurs, early-stage companies, and the people who help them both grow. As the Oregon economy continues to develop, there will be more and more opportunity to work with, work for, or start new companies in growing industries. SwapMeet is a great way to get connected to the people making it all happen.
There's no program, no entrance fee, and no pressure. Just networking. And happy hour, of course, so if you want to partake, go right ahead.
